Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in food and beverage service roles, including supervisory or management experience.
2. Ability to manage and motivate staff, handle conflict and lead by example.
3. Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and handling guest complaints effectively.
4. Ability to manage inventory, oversee daily operations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
5. Age below 55 years
6. The candidate should be a team player with a “Can do attitude” who is capable of working long hours under pressure and travelling as and when required.
