Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager
In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan Labor Law and statutory requirements (EPF, ETF)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
