# 💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Technical Officer / Assistant Engineer (Materials Delivery Process)

As a Technical Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our materials delivery processes. You will provide technical support to the team, troubleshoot issues, ensure the accuracy of deliveries, and assist with continuous improvements. Your role will involve working closely with other departments to ensure that all materials are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or HND in a relevant technical discipline

【~】✪ Proven experience in a technical or support role, ideally within materials handling, logistics, or supply chain operations.

【~】✪ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.

【~】✪ Experience with technical systems and tools used in materials management or delivery.

【~】✪ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

【~】✪ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

【~】✪ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

【~】✪ Knowledge of health, safety, and quality control standards within an operational setting is desirable.

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 for Projects Engineer:

【~】✪ Provide technical support for materials delivery operations, troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to delivery processes.

【~】✪ Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of materials to meet production and operational needs.

【~】✪ Assist with the setup and maintenance of delivery systems, tracking tools, and related technologies.

【~】✪ Liaise with the logistics team, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of the materials delivery process.

【~】✪ Monitor and report on the performance of materials delivery operations, identifying opportunities for improvement.

【~】✪ Conduct routine inspections and tests on delivery equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.

【~】✪ Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for the materials delivery process.

【~】✪ Support training for junior staff and new hires within the department.

【~】✪ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all aspects of the materials delivery process.
