SuperServ offers and manages Food Service Solutions to Multi-National Companies and Indus- tries in Sri Lanka. At present we operate 45 units located island-wide providing over 100,000 meals per day. Our professionalism, trustworthiness and ability to maintain high quality product standards are richly complimented by the fact that a majority of our customers have retained us for more than 10 years while some have entrusted their faith in us since our inception in 1992.
We are looking for self-motivated Managers and Assistant Managers with an initiative to drive our leading industrial catering units. The Catering manager/Assistant Catering manager is responsible for the overall operation of the respective catering facility. His/Hers key responsibilities include,
# ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ :
ใ~ใโช Proven management experience in Catering, food services or Hospitality industry.
ใ~ใโช Related educational qualifications with good results for GCE A/L
ใ~ใโช Experience in implementing and controlling budgets, resources and governance processes.
ใ~ใโช Sound written and oral communications skills.
ใ~ใโช Sound computing skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
ใ~ใโช Prior experience and knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.

ใ~ใโช To ensure the quality of all food and services provided, as per the requirements and satisfaction of the customer.
ใ~ใโช Preparation of monthly/weekly employee rosters.
ใ~ใโช To constantly be aware of the needs of the customer, continuously striving to create the right environment.
ใ~ใโช Compilation of all food and beverage menus in consultation with cluster and group chefs.
ใ~ใโช Weekly meetings with cluster head/team to review operational efficiencies and concerns.
ใ~ใโช Putting together the food and beverage budget to achieve the objectives set forth within.
ใ~ใโช Ensuring all hygiene standards are complying with customer statutory requirements. In doing so
you will be in-charge of cleanliness and orderliness of all service areas while reporting all maintenance requirements promptly.
ใ~ใโช Maintaining updated personal files of all unit staff as per the company and statutory requirements.
ใ~ใโช Providing two-way communication and nurturing an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
ใ~ใโช Having a proactive approach when dealing with customer and team member concerns.
