> Strong leadership and team management skills
> Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
> Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
> Sound knowledge of automobile products and Industry trends
> Financial acumen and budget management experience
> Ability to make data-driven decisions
> Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
