We are a leading importer and distributor of general hardware items, looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee and expand our operations.

📍 Area: Gampaha District and Kaduwela

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales (preferably in hardware sector)

• Proven ability to manage a sales team and achieve targets

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Age below 50years

• Residence at above area

• Good knowledge of the assigned area

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise field sales representatives

• Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management
