Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Approach potential users at fueling stations, malls, or promotional events to introduce and explain the features of the FuelBack app.
Demonstrations: Assist customers in downloading, registering, and navigating the app, ensuring they understand its benefits.
Promotional Activities: Distribute marketing materials, answer questions, and promote special offers or incentives associated with the app.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers about their experience with the app to help improve its functionality and user satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly records of customer interactions and app downloads to track promotional campaign success.
Requirements:
Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Communication Skills: Proficient in Sinhala and English, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
Tech-Savviness: Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps to confidently guide users through app setup and usage.
Appearance: Presentable and professional, adhering to company branding guidelines.
Experience: Prior experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Availability: monday to friday
