Minimum 3 Years of experience in the Travel/Airline Industry.

Ability to handle Airline Ticketing and APM/Reservations, which includes creating PNR, issuing and reissuing tickets using GDS ( sabre / Amadeus / Galileo / Web Modules ) fair computation, product knowledge, and customer service.

Capable of making invoices and handling ticketing related accounts.

Excellent Communication skills in English, Both verbal and written.

Must possess excellent PR & negotiation skills.

CIM/SLIM qualification would be a definite advantage.
