Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Director’s personal assistant and secretary, managing calendars, appointments, and correspondence.
Oversee staff rostering, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with office management duties.
Communicate professionally with staff, clients, and partners.
Travel may be required occasionally for meetings or business needs.
