【~】✪ Degree or professional qualification in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

【~】✪ Freshly qualified Attorney-at-Law will be considered an added advantage

【~】✪ 2–3 years of experience in a similar role

【~】✪ Basic knowledge of legal documentation and company secretarial practices

【~】✪ Prior exposure to a legal environment would be an advantage

【~】✪ Strong organizational and communication skills

【~】✪ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

【~】✪ Proficiency in MS Office applications

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Coordinate with external legal professionals on ongoing matters

【~】✪ Support company secretarial functions, including the preparation of resolutions, minutes, and official correspondence

【~】✪ Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements

【~】✪ Maintain and update legal and statutory records

【~】✪ Handle day-to-day correspondence related to legal and secretarial matters

【~】✪ Provide general administrative support to the department
