- Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 08.00 AM - 11:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning orders to riders, interacting with customers through phone calls, and coordinating order management to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign Riders for Orders: Efficiently allocate delivery orders to available riders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer calls, providing assistance with order inquiries, resolving issues, and offering exceptional customer service.
- Order Management Coordination:Oversee the entire order management process, from receipt to delivery, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and promptly.
- Monitor Deliveries:Track and monitor the status of deliveries, providing updates to customers as necessary and addressing any delays or issues.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of orders, rider assignments, and customer interactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Support Team:Assist in the training and onboarding of new riders and administrative staff as needed.
- Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any delivery-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
