Responsibilities
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in
a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain proper records, documents, and databases.
• Coordinate with clients to handle and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide support to clients and internal staff as needed.
• Manage office operations, equipment, and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Prepare monthly salaries and handle EPF & ETF-related work.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage
