1️⃣ Administration Assistant
JOB ROLE;
🔸Proficient in working with computerized environments, including Microsoft Office
applications.
🔸Prepare, review, and submit visa-related documents and application forms with accuracy
and within deadlines.
🔸Handle multiple documentation tasks such as typing cover letters and other required
letters, completing application forms efficiently, and prioritizing competing assignments.
🔸Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely submissions.
🔸Edit and format documents using tools like Canva or Photoshop when needed.
🔸Organize and manage tasks, ensuring all documents are ready for higher officials' review.
🔸Communicate and explain finalized documents to senior officers clearly and effectively by
maintaining meticulous attention to detail to meet visa application standards and
requirements.
2️⃣ Receptionist
JOB ROLE;
🔸Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
🔸Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
🔸Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
🔸Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and
material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
🔸Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
🔸Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
🔸Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the
reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
🔸Update calendars and schedule meetings
🔸Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
🔸Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and
faxing

🛑 REQUIREMENTS:
🔹Candidate should be young and energetic, qualifications doesn't matter.
🔹We welcome freshers. An internship plus training will be provided.
🔹A diploma or degree is not required, but candidates should have extensive experience with
documentation tasks.
🔹Being proficient in English is a requirement. Knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil is an added
advantage.
🔹Candidate should be a Motivated Female who is between 18 - 40.
🔹Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills with good customer service
attitude.
🔹Excellent in Computer Literacy and softwares.
🔹Experience in a related field, such as Visa Consultation or Student Visa, Visit Visa, Migration
Visa or other visa types, Air Ticketing, Tour Operater or Inbound and Outbound will be
considered an advantage for countries such as Canada, New Zealand, Japan, Korea,
Schengen Countries, UK, Australia, USA, Romania, Ireland and etc.
⏰ Working hours Monday to Friday (8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.) and Saturdays (8.30 a.m. to 2.30
p.m.)
Offers Basic Salary Package between 55,000/- to 160,000/-
+ Visa Commissions + Fixed Conveyance Allowance of 3,000/- + Attendance Bonus of 3,000/-
