Role Overview:
As the Admin Executive at Aroma Perfume, you will be responsible for daily system-related activities—primarily entering purchasing information into the system—and handling various administrative tasks to keep office operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
System Data Entry & Management:
Accurately enter purchasing data and other relevant information into the company’s system.
Update records to maintain data integrity and facilitate reporting.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general office tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
Help prepare reports, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure timely completion of admin tasks.
Communicate effectively with vendors and external partners to support operational needs.
