About the Role
We are seeking a remote Administrator to join our team, working closely with our Melbourne office. The primary focus of this role is to prepare and manage client quotes, coordinating with our Australian team to ensure accurate pricing and timely responses.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, well-organised, and comfortable communicating across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and prepare accurate client quotes based on information provided by the Melbourne team.
• Coordinate pricing and cost details with team members in Australia.
• Maintain quote logs, pricing databases, and client records.
• Follow up on outstanding information or approvals as required.
• Provide general administrative support to assist the team’s workflow.
About You
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with quoting or CRM systems preferred.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating online (e.g., via Teams, Zoom, or email).
• Prior experience in administration, estimating, or quoting roles is an advantage.
Requirements and Incentives for the role:
• To be able to work for full time working hours – Between 08:00am to 4:30pm (office based in Colombo 03).
• Monthly salary – LKR 50,000 – LKR 60,000
