We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role includes general administrative tasks as well as occasional local errands.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain filing systems and office supplies.
Run local errands as needed.
Support the team with data entry and general office duties.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable traveling short distances using a company-provided bike
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly, professional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
