Are you a talented and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Join our team, a company in Gampaha City as an Office Admin Assistant. We are seeking someone fluent in English and Sinhala, with expertise in handling various office tasks such as document management, spreadsheet and word processing, and Quickbooks.
Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
• Manage and organize documents, files, and records
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in coordinating meetings and appointments
• Proficiently manage emails and correspondences
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Quickbooks systems
• Prior experience in office administration is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
