
Admin Assistant
We are a growing frozen food company based in Rajagiriya, supplying high-quality products to retailers and food service clients. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and assist with basic accounting functions.
Role Overview
This role combines general administrative duties with accounting support. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient office operations while maintaining accurate financial and operational records.
Key Responsibilities
**Administrative Duties:**
* Provide general administrative support to management and staff
* Manage calls, emails, and correspondence
* Maintain filing systems and company records
* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
* Assist with order processing and inventory documentation
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, and warehouse teams
**Accounting Support:**
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare and issue invoices
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
* Capture financial data accurately in accounting systems
* Support purchase order processing and expense tracking
* Assist with monthly financial reporting preparation
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Experience with accounting software (advantageous)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and ability to multitask
