🔹 Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & Tamil/Sinhala preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good organizational and filing skills
Ability to handle phone calls and customer inquiries
Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar position (preferred)
School leavers with good computer knowledge may also apply

Handle office documentation and filing
Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports
Coordinate with technicians and clients
Manage emails and phone communications
Maintain office records and schedules
