💼 POSITION : Accounts Executive (Female)

💠 REQUIREMENTS : | # 💠 CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Part qualification in CA/ACCA or Intermediate Qualification in AAT.

Age between 28-35 years.

Minimum 03 years of experience as an Accounts Executive.

Good command in both English and Sinhala.

Ability to work with both QuickBooks (QB) and an ERP System.

Must reside in Biyagama, Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda, or Kaduwela areas.

Candidate Profile:

An energetic individual with the ability to meet tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks.

Detail-oriented and capable of taking ownership of financial and inventory management.

💠 RESPONSIBILITIES : | # 💠 JOB PROFILE :

Company: Mahesh Motors (Pvt) Ltd – A leading vehicle repair service provider in Biyagama.

Location: No. 730/2/A, Kottunna Road, Heiyanthuduwa, Biyagama.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

Leave Days: Sunday & Poya days.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting packs.

Monitor accounts receivables, accounts payable, and bank accounts regularly.

Handle all IRD (Inland Revenue Department) related matters.

Ownership of company inventory management.

Maintain a fixed assets register.

Ensure payroll is processed on time and monitor HR function.
