About the role:
Post of Accounts Executive
Educational Qualification:
Completion of Advance Level in Commerce stream and,
Part qualification in a recognised accounting body AAT Level II, ACCA, CA or CIMA.
Requirements or Skills:
Sound knowledge in QuickBooks is compulsory, and MS Word, Excel, and email,
Accurate typing skills and emailing etiquette,
Candidates below 30 years of age.
Preferably:
Having a minimum of one year of work experience in accounting is an advantage
Living around Rathmalana and Moratuwa
Job description:
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. On Saturdays 8.00 am to 1 pm including an hour for lunch,
Process payments and financial documents such as invoices, statements, and vouchers,
Process expense requests for the accountant to approve,
Maintaining Accounting & Financial Records,
Recording and filing cash transactions,
Controlling credit and cashing debit,
Invoice processing and filing,
Preparing Final accounts,
Inventory control & coordination,
Monitoring daily communications,
Able to work with minimum supervision and self-discipline.
Working Location:
Angulana Station Road, Moratuwa
Salary:
Salary Rs.35,000 – 40,000 (per month); Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
EPF & ETF Contribution.
