Our exclusive Vietnamese Restaurant is looking for immediately available to join our team as we expand our products & services.
We are looking for an experienced & proficient ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT, who is eager to take on responsibilities with a motivated mentality โ a person who is also independent & is able to work with minimal supervision.
# ๐ JOB Duties: |
ใ~ใโช Process daily financial transactions & update Company ledgers
ใ~ใโช Accurately maintain digital & physical financial records
ใ~ใโช Create, update & maintain excel reports
ใ~ใโช Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
ใ~ใโช Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, word documents etc.
ใ~ใโช Assist with internal audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
# ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐
๐๐๐ :
ใ~ใโช Professional manner & a strong ethical code โ with commitment to working efficiently & accurately.
ใ~ใโช Ability to multitask whilst being thorough & accurate, and to remain motivated & positive.
ใ~ใโช Minimum 2 years Accounting experience (either in an Audit firm or a Finance division of a company โ with sound knowledge of accounting).
ใ~ใโช Knowledge & experience with QB or other accounting packages will be an advantage.
ใ~ใโช Good knowledge and proficiency with Excel, Word etc.
ใ~ใโช Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ใ~ใโช Residing within daily travelling distance to Battaramulla.
ใ~ใโช Candidates following / partly qualified in CA | CIMA | ACCA | AAT will have an added advantage.
