Job Profile

 Filing and maintain all payment vouchers for all accounts.

 Filing and maintain all banking statements and other files

relevant to accounts department.

 Regular update of all receipts and payments for all accounts

and enter to the system.

 Banking of all cheques and cash collection in time for all

accounts.

 Cash withdrawals and cash transit in proper way.

 Filing the all banking slips in proper way.

 Maintain the banking and cheque registers.
