Our Suresh Suppliers (Pvt) Ltd, an Interlock Paving manufacturing company, urgently needs an Accounts Assistant.

Accountant Assistants - Female (Wadduwa)

Job Requirement:

• Must have knowledge of computerized accounting systems.

• Minimum of one year work experience in a reputed company.

• Candidates from nearby areas to the company are preferred.

• Hands on experience in Quick Book will be an added advantage.

• Age: Between 20 and 40 years.

• Being able to speak Sinhala and English is an additional qualification.

• Salary can be negotiated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining daily accounting records.

• Preparing the salary calculator correctly

• Transactions, maintaining secondary accounting systems

• Reporting of customer accounts and expense reconciliation

• Tax payments and preparation of accounts

• Reviewing and reporting on the accuracy, consistency and legal compliance of

accounting systems, financial reports and organizational procedures

• Assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, coordinate payroll and

benefits, facilitate training programs, and support HR initiatives to enhance

workplace culture.

• Quick Book හි අත්දැකීම් අමතර වාසියක් වනු ඇත.

• වයස: අවුරුදු 20 සහ 40 අතර.

• සිංහල සහ ඉංග්‍රීසි කතා කිරීමට හැකිවීම අමතර සුදුසුකමකි.

• වැටුප් සාකච්ඡා කර ගත හැක.

කාර්ය භාරය:

• දෛනික ගිණුම් වාර්තා පවත්වා ගැනීම.

• වැටුප් ගණකය නිවැරදිව සකස් කිරීම.

• ගනුදෙනු, ද්විතියක ගිණුම් පද්ධති පවත්වා ගැනීම.

• පාරිභෝගික ගිණුම් හා වියදම් සමානයයන් වාර්තා කිරීම.

• බදු ගෙවීම් හා ගිණුම් සකස් කිරීම.

• ගිණුම් පද්ධති, මූල්‍ය වාර්තා සහ ආයතන ක්‍රමවේදයන්ගේ නිවැරදිභාවය,

සබැඳියාව සහ නීතිමය අනුකූලභාවය විමසා බැලීම සහ වාර්තා කිරීම

• බඳවා ගැනීම් සඳහා සහාය වීම, සේවක වාර්තා පවත්වාගෙන යාම, වැටුප් ලේඛනය

සහ ප්‍රතිලාභ සම්බන්ධීකරණය කිරීම, පුහුණු වැඩසටහන් සඳහා පහසුකම්

සැලසීම සහ සේවා ස්ථාන සංස්කෘතිය වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම සඳහා මානව සම්පත්
