💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L in the Commerce stream

Part qualification in AAT, ICASL, CIMA, or a related accounting body

Practical knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and MS Excel

Prior experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts assistant role

Excellent numerical skills, accuracy, and high ethical standards

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

Maintain and update daily financial records, invoices, receipts, and vouchers

Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts, payroll, and bank reconciliations

Manage accounts receivable and follow up with clients on outstanding payments

Verify and process accounts payable, ensuring supplier invoices are accurate

Assist with basic tax filings and provide documentation for external audits as required
