About the Role
Lenard Refrigeration Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an organized and trustworthy Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and assisting with administrative financial tasks while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
# Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Maintain and update daily financial records, invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
* Manage accounts receivable and follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
* Verify and process accounts payable, ensuring supplier invoices are accurate.
* Assist with basic tax filings and provide documentation for external audits as required.
# Requirements
* Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L in the Commerce stream.
* Part qualification in AAT, ICASL, CIMA, or a related accounting body.
* Practical knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) and MS Excel.
* Prior experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounts assistant role.
* Excellent numerical skills, accuracy, and high ethical standards.
