Join our team as an Accounts Assistant, responsible for managing accounting tasks such as inventory, payments, banking, receivables, payables, and asset register. Ensure accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.
Requirements
•Proficiency in QuickBooks
•Inventory management experience
•Knowledge of procurement
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
•Strong communication abilities
•Adaptability, multitasking capability
•Willingness to work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities
•Managing inventory levels across locations
•Processing payment transactions
•Conducting banking activities
•Maintaining receivables and payables records
•Updating the asset register.
•Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 9am to 6pm / Sat: 9am1pm(Sundays & Mercantile Holidays off)
