Job description
Seeks an Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. Candidate should have the Knowledge in basic accounting, Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite), Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job responsibilities
*Monitoring & keeping financial information related to Invoices, Bills,
Account payables & Receivables.
*Assist to complete financial reports on regular basis and providing information to the finance team.
*Preparing cash flows weekly & monthly and monthly budgets and yearly budgets.
*Completion of bank reconciliation.
* Assist in the closure of financial accounts, consolidation and reporting requirements.
*Managing day-to-day transactions including receipts & payments.
*Handling & maintenance of Petty cash payments.
*Handling & posting Accounting Entries.
*posting month end entries.
*check the accuracy and compute customer / Suppliers account balances.
Job requirements
* Age between 25 - 40
* Experience in a Similar capacity is preferred.
* Fully or part qualifications in financial accounting.
* Proficiency of MS office Suite (MS-Excel , MS-Office)
* Excellent communication skills.
* Hands on experience in Accounting software will be an added advantage.
