We are a leading computer import and wholesale/retail company based in Rajagiriya, specializing in providing high-quality technology products. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and manage essential day-to-day administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales and expense transactions.
Sales Record Management: Update and track daily sales data, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, update stock records, and assist in stocktaking.
Daily Transaction Updates: Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and transfers.
Reporting: Prepare and assist with monthly financial reports, highlighting key metrics.
Customer and Supplier Records: Maintain up-to-date records of customers, suppliers, and transactions. General Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and customer inquiries.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration. Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc.) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills in English .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in the computer or retail industry will be a plus.
