Are you detail-oriented and experienced in managing financial records? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Accounts Executive to join our team at Nihal Shantha & Sons (Pvt) Ltd. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting financial operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledgers.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support internal and external audits as necessary.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and best practices.
Requirements:
Should be fluent in english!
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
