Job description:
• You must have Advanced Level, AAT or any other Accounting Qualifications.
• Must have years’ experience in a similar role based in Sri Lanka or UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel!!!
• Sound knowledge of Taxation or UAE VAT regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and principles (GAAP/IFRS)
• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end process close.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Pro-active mentality
• Strong ability in English writing and help with word processing when necessary
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Attending customer queries
• Reconciling the company’s bank statements.
• Monitoring of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Preparing invoices, statements of accounts and recording of supplier invoices.
• Analyze all transactions, prepare journal entries and maintain the ledger
• Preparing of Balance sheet, Profit and Loss statement, and other reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Filing of VAT Return as per UAE Law.
• Coordinating and Assisting the External Auditor.
• Perform Bookkeeping duties, Accounts Payables, Vendor Reconciliation, Salaries, Daily entries, etc.

• GCE A/L + AAT or any other Accounting Qualifications

• Working Hours 9 AM to 7 PM Sri Lanka time / 6 Days a week
