We are looking for an experienced candidate to work as an Accountant in a logistics Company.

* Prepare the monthly payroll, including EPF, ETF, and related compliance procedures.
* Maintain personnel files for all employees.
* Ensure compliance with financial audits, tax, VAT, and related legal requirements. Prepare tax returns and other financial filings.
*Manage daily cash and bank transactions and record-keeping.
Maintain accounts for debtors and creditors, including documentation.
* Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly financial closing.
Report all accounting work directly to management.
* Maintain accurate documentation and support general financial operations.
* Work independently to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Qualified accountant.
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience, including bookkeeping and financial management.
Experience with QuickBooks (QB) or similar accounting software.
Fluent in spoken and written English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
