Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site at Accurate Cars (Pvt) Ltd located in Panadura. The Account Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with account reconciliations.
Responsibilities :
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Prepare and draft comprehensive documents, reports, and professional correspondence related to all areas of accounting and finance.
Support and collaborate with the sales team to drive financial success.
Utilize fluency in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Ability to work effectively in a team
Prepare, review, and file all required tax documents and financial reports
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma in Sales, Management, or Marketing (preferred).
Excellent self-confidence with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
