Ceylon Cloud Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing software solutions company delivering innovative digital products and services to clients across Sri Lanka. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organized Accounts & Administrative Executive to join our dynamic and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the company’s general accounts and daily bookkeeping activities.
Contact customers and follow up on outstanding payments in a professional manner.
Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, receipts, and handle payment follow-ups.
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth.
Manage customer pending tasks, track ongoing requests, and coordinate handovers.
Monitor and follow up on office staff task progress while providing administrative support.
Handle customer service calls, inquiries, and technical assistance coordination.
Maintain positive internal team relationships and support routine office duties.
Be available for on-call duty during required circumstances.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Hands-on experience working with an accounting system or ERP (software experience preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
Prior experience working with digital products, software systems, or IT environments is an advantage.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
