We are a manufacturing company specializing in plastics and polythene products. We are seeking an Office Assistant to handle data entry, manage office correspondence, and oversee filing and documentation. The work hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, on a full-time basis.
About the role
✅ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Verifying the quantity of goods during loading and unloading.
🔹 Prepare and handle invoices, receipts, and petty cash.
🔹 Support in internal monthly reports.
🔹 Manage office correspondence, filing, and documentation.
✅ Requirements:
🔹 Passed G.C.E. A/L or Diploma or Degree
🔹 Part qualification in AAT / CA / CMA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
🔹 Proficient in MS Excel
🔹 Good communication and organizational skills.
