Job Title : Accounts Assistant

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Assistant to prepare the company's financial transactions, including customer payments, payment entries, commission process, outstanding, payment recoveries, payroll, stock and bank reconciliations and prepare companies expense reports. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years of experience in an accounting role, knowledge in accounting packages and MS Excel, and a deep understanding of accounting practices.
Requirements:
* Age 19-35 years.
*Around Ja Ela Area
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience of accounting experience in a similar role.
* Accurately enter payments into the accounting system and maintain financial records.
* Manage and process all customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timely recording.
* Process and calculate Commissions in compliance with company policies.
* Knowledge in Accounting Packages and MS Excel.
* Advance level in Commerce stream.
* Reconcile accounts to ensure completeness and correctness.
