Academic Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Academic Leadership

• Develop and execute monthly academic plans, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

• Organize and oversee monthly 1-on-1 meetings with tutors, evaluating performance and processing commissions by the 10th of each month.

2. Quality Assurance

• Conduct monthly academic performance reviews for all classes and implement improvement strategies.

• Plan, execute, and monitor exams, ensuring timely completion and reporting.

• Analyze and ensure the quality of group and individual classes for Grades 1–9 in both English and Tamil mediums.

3. Resource and Curriculum Management

• Coordinate the collection, development, and update of resources for the academic wiki.

• Oversee the planning and implementation of extra classes and programs.

4. Marketing and Coordination

• Manage individual classes and International Tamil programs, focusing on marketing, coordination, and payment collections.

• Generate and present monthly reports covering academic performance, marketing updates, and fee collections.

5. Tutor Management

• Recruit, train, and maintain a database of tutors.

• Monitor and enhance tutor performance with regular quality analysis and training programs.

6. Strategic Contributions

• Develop and maintain the academic progress plan for group classes, ensuring continuous updates and adherence to schedules.

• Address and resolve all academic-related matters efficiently.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Education or a related field.

• Proven experience in academic leadership or management roles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using online education tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Candidates living closer to Office Location are more preferred.
