Looking suitable person for Sales Assistant Vacancy.

Duties-

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media Meet clients and present our wedding services Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers Maintain customer records and assist with sales activities Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality

Good computer literacy (MS Office & social media)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage

Fluency in Sinhala is essential; English is an added advantage
