**🛠 What You'll Do:**
* Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of generators and related equipment.
* Lead and coordinate technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
* Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults and provide effective solutions.
* Plan preventive maintenance schedules and oversee testing and commissioning activities.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of spare parts and tools.
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
**🎓 What We're Looking For:**
* An NVQ Level 4 qualification, diploma, or an equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience working with generators and power systems.
* Proven experience in supervising technical teams and workshop operations.
* Strong knowledge of generator engines, alternators, control panels, and electrical systems.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
