Sapiens is a growing creative jewelry workshop company in the South of Sri Lanka, welcoming international customers in Hiriketiya.
We are looking for a Workshop Manager to take ownership of the smooth daily operation and customer experience of our jewelry workshops.
Main responsibilities:
* Organize workshops according to bookings and walk-in customers
* Coordinate jewellers and make sure enough team members are available each day
* Welcome customers and guide them throughout their experience
* Support communication between international customers and jewellers
* Assist with gemstone selection, sales, payments and checkout
* Coordinate with the restaurant and other Sapiens services
* Supervise stock and operational processes, including silver, gold and gemstones, ensuring controls are followed and records are properly completed
* Solve day-to-day operational issues and make sure the workshop runs smoothly
We are looking for someone who is:
* Very comfortable communicating in English
* Friendly, confident and professional with international customers
* Highly organized, reliable and trustworthy
* Comfortable managing and coordinating a team
* Detail-oriented and able to ensure procedures are followed
* Proactive and able to solve problems independently
* Comfortable with sales and customer service
* Interested in building a long-term career with Sapiens
Experience in hospitality, retail, operations, customer service or team supervision is a strong advantage.

💰 Salary: LKR 80,000–120,000 per month depending on experience
