We are looking for dynamic and responsible individuals to join our team as Outlet Managers for our retail outlets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field

• 2–3 years of experience in retail / outlet management or a similar position

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage staff and daily outlet operations

• Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations

• Supervise and guide outlet staff

• Ensure excellent customer service

• Monitor sales performance and stock control
