TUFRO Xuper is our WELD-ALL type Cr29Ni9 duplex stainless-steel electrode which can be used by both AC and DC current and to be considered as a problem solver for all kinds of steel grades including stainless and difficult-to-weld steels.
Due to the extremely low carbon content and the presence of molybdenum and nitrogen, the deposited metal has good crack resistance and corrosion resistance, especially stress corrosion resistance.
This WELD-ALL type is suitable for welding of 29-9 stainless steel, cast steel, dissimilar steels, and welding of various types of surfacing, cracking, and porosity-prone materials.
ATTENTION: Before welding, the welding electrodes must be baked at about 250°C for 1 hour.
