Requirements
Female Candidate
Age Below 40 Years
Quantity Surveying Degree / Diploma / NCT
BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation Knowledge
Good Communication & Computer Skills
Ability to Work Independently & as a Team
AutoCAD, MS Excel Knowledge Preferred
Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ & Cost Estimates
Monitor Project Costs & Budgets
Prepare Valuations & Payment Certificates
Coordinate with Contractors, Suppliers & Consultants
Assist in Tendering & Contract Administration
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
