About the Role
Decant Services Pvt Ltd is a growing fragrance brand specializing in perfume decanting, offering customers the opportunity to enjoy authentic international perfumes in smaller, affordable sizes. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
-Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom, delivering excellent customer service.
-Promote and showcase products while explaining fragrance notes, features, and benefits.
-Maintain and organize the showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively and
professionally.
-Process sales, prepare invoices, and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing after-sales support.
-Achieve showroom sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
-Successful completion of G.C.E. O/L.
-Male candidates, age between 21–25 years.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or showroom sales.
-Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
-Friendly, approachable, and proactive personality.
-Ability to work in shifts and occasionally assist with promotions or events.
