📌 RESPONSIBILITIES ;
• 🤝 Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional support.
• 📊 Update clients on software progress and follow up on quotations.
• 📅 Schedule client sessions and maintain accurate records.
• 🔧 Coordinate with technical teams for custom requirements and part orders.
• 📝 Complete documentation and resolve issues efficiently.
• ✅ Ensure smooth service delivery and clearly explain completed work to clients.
🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ;
• Male candidates aged 20–25 years.
• Must reside within one hour travelling distance from Ja-Ela.
• Passed G.C.E. O/L or A/L examinations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package is essential.
• Basic knowledge of IT-related work and software.
• Proficiency in Sinhala and English.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Previous experience in the IT field will be considered an added advantage.
