Job Role:
We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager to handle end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution management. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in FMCG warehouses, logistics, or distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and regular stock counts
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Implement efficient warehouse procedures and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams
- Prepare inventory reports, warehouse KPIs, and stock movement reports
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse management / logistics / supply chain
- Experience in FMCG, import & distribution, or retail warehouse operations preferred
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Hands-on experience with inventory systems (Odoo ERP is an advantage)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
