Waiter
📝 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
✔️ Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
✔️ Serve food and beverages according to company service standards
✔️ Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
✔️ Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining and service areas
✔️ Coordinate effectively with kitchen and cashier teams
✔️ Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally
✔️ Support restaurant and catering operations during busy service periods
📋 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Waiter in a restaurant, café, hotel, or catering operation
✔️ Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
✔️ Experience working in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment
✔️ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tables efficiently
✔️ Positive attitude and professional appearance
✔️ Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
⭐ Additional Advantages
🍽️ Experience in fine dining, cafés, or banquet operations
🗣️ Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
🎓 Hospitality or customer service training
