Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
Take food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
Assist with table setup, clearing, and basic service support
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage
Good communication skills (Sinhala / English; Tamil is a plus)
Friendly attitude and positive work ethic
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
