About the Role
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and highly skilled Videographer & Editor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and digital content creation.
You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing engaging video content across multiple platforms, helping bring our brand, campaigns, and stories to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, events, and corporate communications.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to develop compelling visual stories aligned with brand objectives.
* Manage the entire video production process, including pre-production planning, filming, lighting, audio setup, directing talent, and post-production editing.
* Edit videos, colour grading using industry-standard software , ensuring polished and engaging final outputs.
* Create motion graphics, animations, captions, and visual effects when required.
* Optimize video content for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
* Maintain and organize video assets, project files, and equipment inventory.
* Stay updated with emerging video trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices.
* Travel as required for shoots across assigned locations and projects.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Multimedia Content Creator.
* Strong portfolio showcasing videography and editing skills across different formats.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
* Experience operating professional cameras, lighting equipment, audio gear, and stabilization tools.
* Strong understanding of composition, color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
* Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Flexibility to travel and work across different time zones when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience creating content for lifestyle, hospitality, retail, corporate, or digital-first brands.
* Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
* Photography skills are an added advantage.
* Familiarity with social media content strategies and performance-driven creative production.
