Property Deal Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing real estate agency based in Colombo 6, specializes in apartments, houses, lands, and commercial properties for rent and sale. We are seeking a creative Video Editor & Content Creator to produce engaging video content for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro,
• Create content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Develop engaging video concepts and assist with script/storyboarding
• Optimize videos for social media engagemen
• Maintain organized project files and assets
• Work as a content creator to support marketing and promotional initiatives
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1–2 years of video editing experience
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of social media video trends and formats
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office software
